We thought of you with tears today,

But that is nothing new.

We thought about you yesterday,

Every day before that too.

We think of you in silence,

Though the kids often speak your name.

We laugh & share our memories,

While hugging on your picture frame.

Your memory is our keepsake,

With which we’ll never part.

Though you feel so very far away,

We still have you in our heart.
