THANKSGIVING WEEK – SECRET SANTA

Our core staff draw names for Secret Santa each year on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. We give each of them money to purchase the present. They have a few weeks to purchase the gifts and guess who has their name.

Then at the staff party, we reveal who chose their name and whether they guessed correctly. It’s such a fun game!

The Staff Party is tomorrow, the 18th!

THANKSGIVING MEAL & TREE TRIMMING

Our family celebrated Thanksgiving together, and was able to Face-time Malaya and Abbey during the meal!

The tradition is to watch a movie and decorate the tree after the meal. LAST YEAR, the generator overheated as we strung-up the garland! We lost power for 11 months!

THIS YEAR HOWEVER – we were able to light-up the tree AND the entire campus!

MALAYA IS HERE

My baby girl is here for Christmas! She arrived in the Mole this past Monday! She is on the Dean’s list, made honors, and was accepted into a prestigious Criminal Program (only 20 accepted out of 100’s of applications!) We are SO PROUD!

Having electricity and Malaya are the best gifts this season!
